One of the staffers works at Chase bank and at the library. For such a big city it's quite small of a library. Some people are cheap. They conduct business from the library's computers while talking to long on the phone. Not homeless and supposedly grown up, they are disturbing to hear and doubtless hurtful to children who sit nearby trying to read and to adults who would help then to develop. Piggys!

Good place to hang out and get some work done. Parking is tough. Space is limited. Single level, open space with community study tables. Power outlets are tough to come by.

This is such a great little library, with a large children's area, and plenty of books and media to enjoy. When we lived down the street, we would regularly visit there. It definitely feels dated like an older library, which is one of the things that appealed to us the most.

There is a book drop in the front of the library on Del Mar.
You will have to check yourself. The staff will not help you
