Maybe these guys were having a bad day. I brought in two ipads to get the screens replaced. We start with communication issues where it was supposed to be done (and confirmed when I called) by 2 pm, they told me when I showed up at 3 pm they had an issue that they "just" discovered that would cause another 2 hour wait. I call 2 hours later, guy tells me to come get the tablets. First one the home button was recessed significantly, as I was looking at it I noticed the screen wasn't attached on half the iPad! Guys response, "guy the heat pad didn't do its job." So he takes that one in the back. I try out the other tablet, same issue with the home button. To there credit, guy tries to fix it immediately. Issue is 10 minutes later he brings one back out with a home button that is just completely lose behind the screen asking if that's acceptable. No. No, it's not. From the sounds of it they kept adding super glue and hoping the old? home button bracket will stick. Quality stuff here. So, after three more failed attempts in an hour, I leave with the promise they will be done by 11:30am the next day. I call at 11:30. Not done. I call at 2:30. Not done. Told it would be another 30 minutes. I come by at 3:30, still not done. If you keeping track, they gone back on their word at least half a dozen times. In the end, I paid full price for the one they did a decent job re-re-reworking, and half for the one they actually made worse (the home button has to be pressed multiple times to work.) For $240 I would recommend just buying a new tablet before coming to this place. Huge waste of time and what I fully expect to be a waste of my money.

This location is the best, been to the other location in Pompano on Federal twice and they can never do any requested repairs.

Just walked in the ubreakifix store, and unbelievable I got helped in 2 seconds and very friendly today knowing everything about my phone, and Hector helped me right away. Before I went to a tutorial from Samsung and not even they could find my problem, but know I know where to go when my samsung Galaxy s22 ultra seems not to work, thank you it was a pleasure meeting with Hector
