It's was not clean at all the waiting was Ridiculous. And on top my daughter's was seating all Quiet and out of nowhere some coworkers started fighting yes my daughter's got scared and they wanted to leave out of this Place. They need to clean this place fix this place up ASAP.

Ordered Biscuits and Gravy. Was supposed to come with eggs, sausage and hash browns. Came out on a plate with 2 biscuits and barely any gravy. We had to ask for the rest of our food. They acted confused. Also ordered the new Nitro cold brew coffee. It was literally coffee poured from the hot coffee and put on ice. Very bitter. Didn't even bother to ask about that after the biscuit and gravy incident. The waitress was fantastic. Super nice and very sweet. Seemed like they had trouble with the new menu. Don't usually complain but we were a hungry family of 5. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

They don't seem to be able to handle high volume hours. The broccoli was old, the service as for as the waitress was concerned was non existent, and the pancakes 🥞 was so cold that the butter never had a chance to melt. After ordering what was visible on the menu, potatoes was brought out instead of rice. The waitress response was, "well you didn't specify". Well, she didn't ask. I left a tip but no one deserves one. Perhaps they all was just having a bad day, I know I'm starting to have One. I pray 🙏 it gets better. Table 4 C:2 9:52 am 3/5/22

It's my first time that I waited so long at IHOP when there was only one more person In the resturant. Food wasn't good and came out cold which made me wonder why I waited so long. Just left this minute. Will definitely keep going to IHOP but not this location.
