The place is called snappers and the snapper wasnt fresh. I couldn't eat it. Soggy undercooked fries. Everything was bland. Lady at the register eating while taking orders. Hands never washed. Okra was ok. Lemon pepper wings were ok but not worth it. Wish I wouldn't have stopped there on a whim.

I had a very bad experience and the one in Cutler Bay they charge me $8.99 for comforter's and then on top of $8.99 the rechargeable comforter they charged me for the sauce that is supposed to bring the owner of this and the management are raising up the prices and giving smaller items and charging for extra items I understand I need to make money but they need to put a sign outside that says we're charging for the sauce and then the lady's telling me no it's 50 cents and there's no I might receive it says 65 cents for sauce on top of that they raised it up from 699 to 899 and now it's 9 64 with tax enough cocktail sauce yes please

My husband and I were at the US1 & 160th location today and as usual the food was amazing delicious and fresh. We normally go drive-through, today we decided to eat in, what caught our attention is that all the employees were so good dealing with the customers and working so expeditiously that we are glad to have gone inside. I highly recommend the food and this location for the great service.
