My husband and I did a lot of research about colonics and decided to give a chance. I'll be honest, I wasn't too excited about the idea but i was game to try it out. I have to say I'm so glad that I went! Valerie was GREAT!! She took the time to explain the whole process with us and the benefits. She is VERY well educated on the subject AND is even studying natural medicine! my husband was fine with the idea of it and did very well. I was... not so great. In the beginning, I was so embarrassed; I mean really who wants to "GO" in public (always a fear of mine). I hate public restrooms and have a hard time "going" even at public bathroom stalls/urinals. Valerie stayed in the room with me and talked me through it all. she made me so relaxed and calm that things start to just FLOW.
