I went through the drive through, super slow service. I have never had to wait so long at a drive through. No organization, I got to the window, paid, after waiting more than 20 minutes in line and was told I needed to wait another 8 minutes (it was not 8 minutes it was longer) for the chicken to be cooked. Bad customer service. Love their food but the service in this location is not good at all. I saw a few cars leave because of how long it was taking. They are losing so much business.

Bought the 10 piece for $24. I told them no thighs. The receipt says no thighs. When I got my order I checked and it was filled with thighs. The girl at the front agreed to change the thighs then the manager started raising hell saying this the last time and telling all her staff not to do this again. This is the only popeyes that treats me like this. Won’t be coming back here. This was 7/31/22 , a white hair Jamaican lady was the manager

I waited in line patiently ordered 3 kids meals They gave me only the nuggets and missed to give me all the sides . I was not going to drive back a long distance to pick up the sides and was not even refunded manager just told me to keep the receipt for another day wich is ridiculous I paid 30 dollars to only eat 6 chicken nuggets pretty much . They need better managers and obviously people who prepare orders correctly . Don’t recommend this place to anyone

Popeyes is always good without a doubt, but only some locations make good Mac and cheese, and this is definitely one of those locations. The chicken had a nice kick to to it and the biscuit's we're flavor full as always. Popeyes is always a go to on the weekend.
