The online pictures are deceitful, paid $125 for this place and was so disappointed on arrival at the hotel. Thank goodness I had to fly back the next day, I wouldn’t have stayed one more day.

Honestly, Leeward is without question, the best motel in Miami. They have new owners and the rooms have been completely renovated, with flat screen televisions and more. The rooms were okay before the change in ownership; but now it is widely considered as the go-to spot for anyone looking for short-term rentals or even long-term vacation stays. The staff is very helpful and friendly; but most importantly, the area is safe. Trust me! You won't be disappointed.

This is the world motel in Miami. I have been visiting Miami, at least once an year, for the last 10 years. I checked into this hotel around 4-5 days back and I the wifi in the motel hasn't been working. I have been following up with them every single day and they keep on saying that it will be fixed in the next 24 hours. The reception staff is so rude. Instead of helping us out or providing any return compensation, she tells us that she isn't the owner and she cannot do anything about it. I have been calling the reception for the last 3 days and they don't pick up, as well! The description of the motel on google reads 'Bare-bones rooms plus free Wi-Fi'. I have to take the last 3 days off from work because of no internet access. I am traveling to Miami and I am self-quarantining. So, I can't even change motels. This is to help everyone else out there. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL!
