Positive: The staff was helpful at checkin. The location is not far from central Miami. Negative: Overpriced for bare room. A dangerous neighborhood at night. Two cop cars parked right behind us to deal with prostitutes or drug deals. Hardly functioning door. I have a line of four bedbug bites on my arm from our one brief night at this hotel.

Middle of the city, opposite to hotel in walkable distance: downtown view should be pretty nice view in night. However my room and hotel is very old, air conditioner(AC) is noisy. Part of show water comes out and make whole bathroom wet. Refrigerator did not work. It’s okay just for one night/few hours of stay.

Superb measures are taken to ensure cleanliness of the rooms . The front desk workers are personable and friendly . I enjoyed my stay.

Worst experience ever!! Place was absolutely disgusting. Roaches, dirty blankets, electrical outlit hanging off the wall, holes in the wall just disgusting. Flights got canceled due to hurricane warnings in our connecting flight to Orlando, had to stay here for 2 days cuz every other place was booked. Because of that they price gouged and got charged $200 a night on The Hopper total of $409. When I called them for pricing they were charging $250 a night. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm trying to find out how I can get some of my money back. NEVER STAY HERE.
