This place is a joke. Horrible service rude slow employees! Be Lucky I don’t have time to call corporate but at the least I’ll write this review. An empty restaurant and my food wasn’t ready 10 mins past pick up time. When i nicely asked about my order the employee said do you see an order on the shelf? Threw her arms up and said I don’t have any food for you I don’t know what you want me to tell you. Then proceeded to mumble under her breath that she didn’t have time for this. Was standing at the register not doing anything at all. How does someone like that even have a job!? Do better chipotle.

Worse manager in fast food restaurant in the area, she dismissed me without addressing my concerns by wishing me a good day and ignoring the complaint of empty food trays causing servers to put significantly reduced portions! With management like that, can’t expect much from servers! Shame on her!

Never give proper portions for online orders. How am I supposed to feel paying $14 for one scoop of rice, 20 black beans, and 7 pieces of chicken in a bowl? You can see the bottom of the bowl most times. I’m done with this location. 3 strikes and you’re out, even though this is probably the 25th strike. Goodbye

Great place and location in coral way miracle mile. Basically u can create ur own bowl with as many ingredients as u want. Price goes around 12 to 15 with some beverage included. Is always full but service goes pretty fast.
