I eat there very often... because it is convenient. 90% of the time, my order is wrong... No onions, with onions on it.. Cilantro sauce... just discover they put none.... Mojo pork.... chicken... It is like "trick or treating" with them... you never know what you are going to get

We are currently out of town. I ordered dinner tonight for myself and my husband, who is diabetic and needed to eat. I got a call from my door dasher who informed me that the restaurant told her that my order was picked up by Uber - I didn’t order it through Uber though. They wouldn’t remake the order and argued with the door dasher until they ultimately closed. Now, I just had to place a new Door dash order which means another 45 minute to an hour wait for a diabetic with low blood sugar. Unbelievably bad business. Unless you have the time to play guessing games about whether you’ll get what you order, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money. After tonight, this chain will never get a dime from me. There are too many other restaurant options out there to deal with this kind of lazy incompetence. Now, I have to hope that my second order gets here in time to prevent the need for a 911 call for my husband. A corporate complaint will be filed first thing tomorrow. If I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would. Shameful.

I ordered online through GRUBHUB. Delivery Service was good. Food was good. I ordered the whole chicken. We love Pollo Tropical chicken & we used to go eat lunch or dinner at the downtown location every Sunday but sadly it closed down. Now, we order online from time to time.
