Came here around 11:30-ish in the morning with my niece to get us food for the 4th of July. And, although they were short staffed they did their best to accommodate us, and that’s despite the prep guy not coming in, but an employee Tiffany went out of her way to make us the biscuits with our 35.99 meal. So we’re really grateful for that and the service they extended us. We really appreciated that! They have an excellent crew working today. Very professional and kid friendly!

Good Tasting Food. We heard about it and had to stop and try it. There customer service was great and the food was prepared fast. Price was not bad 16 piece Family Meal $20 comes with 16 pieces of chicken, 3 large side, and 6 biscuits.

I'm a frequent visitor here and the customer service is not good. The manager has the best customer service ever, but apparently, her employees don't. Not all of them. When you ask for fresh food, it's always a problem. They go to sucking their teeth. Cook goes on smoke break in the middle of the restaurant being busy.

Church chicken price and food flavor both okay. One thing never done right is taking long time to get food ready to pick up. For example. I ordered combo 1 this noon time. And it took half hour wait to get my food . One lady in front of me ordered 50 pcs chicken and there was a long line waiting for taking order and waiting for food. But we have to wait for this big order done then finish orders after her. 30 minutes wait isn't acceptable. Big order should prepare on line half hour before she come in. I guess your guys work very hard and not much profit. It's not the right way for business. There is lots of things need improved.
