Very cool place for kids to run around and have fun. The staff is a bit strict. I was sitting on the side of a trampoline in the 6 and under section to tap on the trampoline for my boy and the girl blew her whistle at me. That and they have advertised children under 6 are 9.99 online then it is advertised there as 12.99 they charged me full adult price of 18.99 for my 16 month old. Then handed me a non itemized receipt. I'm obviously not going to do the math right then and there so I didn't notice it until after I got home. I feel like some of the staff was ok than other had a little teeny bopper power trip. That and I don't trust them to charge what is correct. So the concept of this place is cool. But I don't trust them to charge what is right.

Children had fun , the horrible part was the staff. When told the jurassic park game was jammed said there was nothing they could do and turned around and started talking and laughing with other employees. Staff was rude and seemed as if they did not want to do their job. When I ordered food the lady lied and said it was going to take 2 hours and I ordered it anyway and came out in 20 Mins. (Could have lost a sale by doing that) . One employee was very nice and helped me with the kiosk waver ( short hair combed over ) Definitely recommend getting new staff. Also the girl host was horrible she has black hair wears a lot of jewelry and has horrible service. Although my children enjoyed it because of my experience with staff, I would never spend another dollar at this location.

This place is amazing! Got off work and want to treat my kids to some fun time for good grades, and this place made them feel special. Customer service soon as I walked in the door, reasonable prices with great promotions thru out the week. They even played specific songs for my baby girl. Thanks for making my kids feel special, I’m trying to bring everyone here!!!
