Terry Phillips is the true deal!! He helped me get a 2019 Rogue in October 2020 and my husband get a 2017 Altima. Now I traded that Rogue for this 2021 Altima. Needless to say he definitely knows how to work his magic and ensures his customers are happy. I walked out on Saturday with these keys and I’m so grateful. This was my first time bringing my new Nissan Kicks in for an oil change, multi-point inspection, tire rotation and car wash. I was greeted by Brandon who was extremely informative and polite. He filled out my service information and explained the wait time in a timely manner and advised me of the location of the waiting area and refreshments available while waiting. I was relaxing in the waiting area when I received an email and text alert about the multi-point inspection report with all points receiving a green light. Shortly thereafter Brandon came to the waiting area to advise me that my car was ready for pick up. This was 40 minutes earlier than I had anticipated so it was a great surprise. Brandon even took the time to walk me to my car and wish me a great afternoon. All in all it was a very positive experience.
