I’ve went to this car wash for a couple years now and even bought a membership to it. Today after going through my keypad panel on my truck was knocked off. I told the representative there about it and he said it was impossible that his car wash did that. I told him they take pictures of the cars prior to washing and my truck wasn’t that way going in. He denied any responsibility for it and I immediately cancelled my subscription. I realize things happen but his attitude and insulting my intelligence were beyond disgusting. Please don’t use this car wash. If anything happens they will treat it like it’s your fault. My keypad clearly didn’t break off itself. Just really not classy guys to be honest. Vehicles are quite expensive and the expectation when washing a vehicle is not to damage the vehicle. This truck is two years old. It’s not something that was loose or hanging off the vehicle. Truck goes in intact. Truck comes out with piece ripped off. Clearly the trucks fault. Unbelievable. Anyway, these people will not fix your car if it’s damaged. Please consider using a different wash with honorable people. In response: If it was “popped out” place the picture on the review please. Also why did the representative not offer to show me pictures? I’m not wasting my time with you guys anymore because besides the damage your unprofessionalism is a problem. I’m quite capable of repairing the vehicle this is about principle. I’m sure Woody’s is an adequate replacement to your services. What are you referring too as it couldn’t be “overseen” before entering the vehicle? Are you suggesting that I purposely saw the damage before entering the wash? No, I noticed the damage following the wash while detailing my truck. I also have cameras at my home to prove it was intact before leaving to your facility. Could it have popped off between? It’s possible but I’ve seen enough reviews to highly doubt it. This kind of arrogance is not how I would expect to be treated as a paying customer times two years. And your response is full of arrogance lacking professionalism and courtesy which in itself warrants a one star review. You’ve totally earned it owner. And I hope others reading this review see the way you truly treat people.

Wow this place is amazing they have everything you need to get my car looking like it was done professionally. Must mention the vacuums 1st. Never have I had a vacuum have so much power and 2 different size heads to get in places the other couldn't ty for that! A high powered air gun to get the vents and other spots free from dust and more. Ty for that! Oh and rags at the convenance of us customers. The staff was on top of everyones needs, making sure dirty rags were removed often and always stocked up on clean rags and wi Dow cleaner to boot (hell yeah) pre car wash b4 going thru the carwash is awesome. The music playing is pleasant to do some jammim while cleaning your car, 2 mat stations, one with a sink and brush to clean off hard to get spots, the bathroom was shockingly spotless and don't have to share it with men ty for that, not use to such cleanliness, I left there very happy and satisfied 🥰 Ty to all the staff for all the work you do to keep us wanting to come back* which I sure will. Should be able to rate this higher than a 5 cuz a 10 is more appropriate for your carwash🚗

FANTASTIC! Awesome car wash which always makes our vehicle look great. Coming from someone who hand washes his truck this is a great alternative. Saves time & keeps our family vehicle looking great. Free vacuums with paid service. I tend to use the vacuum on the left side of the bay which is easier to get into tight spots under the seats. Towels provided along with glass cleaner. Even with a long line it doesn’t take long. Visit during the week for a wash for shorter wait times. Would definitely recommend this place. Easily change between monthly options within the app. Leave a rating to help others decide.
