This facility is horrible. Was sent to one office in Covina that discriminated against me due to my height and weight. Then was sent to the Pomona location that doesn’t honor appointments even though your company is the one that set up the appointment and then tried to tell me it was a 3rd party. Waited 2.5 hours for 5 X-rays and an additional 20 minutes for the CD

Unprofessional and unreliable. They cancelled my appointment without calling me the day prior and wasted my time going there the next day. They keep pushing my daughters appointment back because doctor isn’t available. But for the 6th time ? Cmon …

Had an unpleasant experience with front desk staff. Due to error in what they wrote I have to wait to have my x ray's done which I need for work. My paperwork was also not given to me because it showed where Cassandra made the error. Another worker Lisa did not inform me and only showed me the error later on. No apology, no attempt to fix the error, blamed the other doctor's office, now I have to wait to fix my medical issues.

The people working here really need training or they will end up hurting a poor baby. They want a 2 month old baby to drink 32oz of water or Pedialyte for an ultrasound yet she can’t drink either and for her feeding she only eats 3oz. We talked to the babies doctor and said that would be a dangerous amount n that the baby can’t have anything other then milk or formula. The doctor called them n they said something different n agreed baby should drink her formula. So right after leaving doctors they called us back n said it’s fine just give the baby the 32oz of pedialyte like if that’s what they agreed with the doctor when we were actually in there with the doctor. Horrible back and forth experience don’t recommend this place for babies.
