I was told my car wasn't safe to drive home due to the front brake pads being so low. I literally replaced them less than a year ago. Figured maybe something seized up causing uneven wear or a caliper was messed up. Firestone wouldn't be dishonest. As you can see in the pictures below, there wasn't anything wrong with my front brakes. I've reached out to Firestone/Bridgestone directly and they are too incompetent to return a phone call or email. I went to Firestone because of the name, figured a company like that would do good HONEST work. Wow I was way wrong. I don't recommend taking your car there for any repairs, unless you want them to charge you to replace good, working parts.

shane was so kind & willing to let us come in for a flat tire, when i called 45 min before they closed. we arrived 15 min later, they immediately pulled out car in, lifted it up & when reviewing, showed us the rest of them were all splitting & let us know they could replace them all, as they had enough & what it would cost. he wasn't pushy & we appreciated his honesty. thank you for keeping my family safe with all new tires.

Just bought tires on Friday the new tires have a high speed vibration tried to get it in to have them rebalanced . Got a runaround. Poor customer service.
