Horrible. I understand how understaffed businesses are right now but over 2 hours when promised delivery time is a ridiculous estimate of 30 minutes and my order still wasn't out for delivery. No idea when it would arrive, no idea when my refund would be processed. Management didn't seem to care one bit. I literally live 1.7 miles from this location and over 2 hours still no delivery CRAZINESS. stick with Pizza Hut!!! Ordered my new order with them at 9:41 and it was out for delivery to me within 20 minutes.

I had previously left this Domino's a four-star review but unfortunately feel it needs changed. Several months ago, I noticed the pizza quality to get worse and worse so I stopped getting it. But, recently I figured I would give it another go. This pizza was some of the worst pizza I have ever had. I got it ordered well done and it came out so sloppy. The pizza had BBQ sauce on it and pepperoni, I would compare it to looking like dough with a quart of motor oil dumped on it with raw pepperonis thrown on top. I definitely would not recommend this place, the quality of food is just terrible. The only reason I did not make this review a one star is because the employees are all generally pretty nice.

There phone never works. The service is so bad that the staff blatantly hangs up on you if you are calling too much. But what can you do if there own phone line doesn’t work? They never have delivery available. The food is always burnt and I’m really surprised more people don’t comment on how bad the employees are. Some of the rudest retail workers I’ve met.

Forgot items on multiple occasions. When confronted about these issues I was assured that I was issued a refund. I called 3 weeks later to be told that there was no refund issued to my phone number. Drivers have been inconsiderate, left my order in the lobby of my apartment complex to have it stolen. I have also had many orders arrive 2-3 hours after ordered
