This is genuinely one of the worst Starbucks around. I’m not sure if it’s because of the location being on a college campus but I’ve never had so many incorrect orders in my life. I asked for a nitro cold brew with sugar-free vanilla and they gave me a nitro cold brew with nothing in it. Another time I wanted a nitro cold brew vanilla sweet cream with extra sugar-free pumps in it. I got sugar-free pumps with no vanilla sweet cream. And then today I got a grande cold brew vanilla sweet cream with sugar-free vanilla added instead they gave me five pumps of regular vanilla sweet cream. I was the only customer… Embarrassing.

First time going to this location and I AM SO SATISFIED! My drink was made perfectly and not messy. My breakfast sandwich was warm and tasty. Restaurant was clean and they were very efficient and quick with the orders! Great job guys🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Not a fan of this Starbucks, other than the layout of the location. I worked at Starbucks for over 2 years and can't believe what I see at this location. The drinks are constantly being made incorrectly, the staff is disorganized and not trained correctly on the drinks. The reason why I am posting a review is because I am tired of getting the drinks made incorrectly. I purchased a Grande CDL, which is a Cinnamon Dolce Latte with no whip cream. I didn't take a sip of it until after I left and the picture is what I saw. It was only a little over half-way full. It's ridiculous that I spent over $5 and received this.
