One of my favorite stores to window shop and see all the new appliances coming out

Very good shopping experience. I went to the store with a good idea of what I needed. It's a hassle shopping online. Scams and phishing are the words of the day. From the moment I entered it was a pleasant atmosphere. Greeter (asset protection) welcomed me and pointed the way. I looked around the brand names that interest me, checked prices and options. I boarded the third associate that greeted me and asked if they had the product I wanted in the brand with all the bells and whistles. He gave me options very close or above. Decided on one, paid and left happy. Nick is very well versed on his products, most if these guys are. Enjoy.

Bought my ref, washer and dryer here. Guys, don’t waste time going to Costco in Arlington-they don’t deliver even if they have inventory. Lowes didn’t have anything in stock and would not sell floor display. Waste of time. Went to Best Buy and had awesome customer service. The ref I was buying was 3500 but I did join the Total tech membership which was 199 making the installation of my washer/dryer/ref free and my ref price dropped to 2700 because of the bundle. Also when I buy my TVs later the installation will be free as well which is usually 200 per TV. It’s well worth it to get the membership if buying several appliances requiring installation. They came on time according to set appointment, handled my appliances with care and professionally installed everything. Funny story went back to get an electronic kettle and they didn’t have any.

Taylor is the most wonderful, helpful and exceptional employee. He helped my mother and I and answered all our questions even when we were just looking at TVs. Then he helped us with an air fryer toaster oven. He is the best customer service I have ever had!

Yes, BestBuy sells Hard drives both internal and external. Also network drives (cloud storage) if you're interested and ssd's as well.
Yes they do
Absolutely!!
I don't repair TV's. Best Buy sends them out if you have the tv under warranty still but they don't fix them there onsite them selfs.
According to the hours on their website it says they're open 10AM to 7PM on both NYE and NYD.
Check the open box sticker to see if states what is missing. If it does not state anything, you have an argument. If it does say accessories are missing, your only option is a return.
