I go to this besuty supply store from time to time and two weeks ago I went in to buy a human hair wig and the gentleman was very unfriendly as it seem as I was bothering him when I ask him to show me different wigs and I did purchase one for $99.00 and a week later it's very dry and tangling as most in that price range normally are very manageable so no more purchases at this store since the wigs are cheap and the worker was unwelcome.

The worker at the store assaulted me with 2 packs of hair! I went to the store to buy some bundles so i could sew in my hair. I walked toward my friends so i could grab my infant child from one of them and he came running up behind me screaming and grabbing my purse, i told the man to back up and get out of my face and he kept screaming accusing me of stealing. Keep in mind i still had the 2 packs of hair in my hand. i dropped the hair on the ground because i wasn’t going to buy something from his establishment. I went to leave the store and he came up behind me and slapped me full force with the packages of hair! Very unprofessional and i will never be returning to this store.

I ask if they could get me the As I Am dandruff shampoo and conditioner that I found in “Desoto”! That was this past weekend! I called and picked it up today! If your struggling with dry scalp or dandruff stop by JC and grab the blue AS I AM products. It works miracles! Thank you JC!

This store is nice, clean and well organized. Not alot of space, a bit on the small size but nice. Was not greeted when I came in, so I'm unaware of how good the customer service was since they didn't have what I came for, so I left. Downside they do not sell lace front wigs and that was unexpected. Not a big selection of hair to choose from, I've seen way more things in other beauty suppy stores.
