This Jack in the Box has really improved. Very clean & respectful staff. The Night time manager was very helpful & understanding when it came to our big orders!

DO NOT EAT HERE!! FILTHY AND LAZY EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!! Who in the hell is in charge here? Stood at counter for 10 minutes no one even acknowledged me. Then when someone does its to tell Carlos to take my order he walked some where and was never seen again. I love New Jersey people there work. Not so much here. Plus it was dirty. Left went to McDonald's. Won't ever eat or try to eat at a jack n the box again. Sad was my favorite place. Not now.

I’m traveling the USA via minivan. After my morning workout at Medford PlanetFitness i pulled into Jack. 30 min b4 my meal i take a pill for chest pain. I’m waiting for 30 min to elapse so that I could order my Jumbo Jack when a chubby woman came out to admonish me that she couldn’t have me sitting around. Mine was the only vehicle parked directly in front of the restaurant. I wasn’t there for 20 min. It was near noon. Broad daylight. I drove out and to next door McDonalds. I’ve never felt so humiliated

Food was fresh and made correctly, but they were really slow and were confused and our order was missing things. We order 6 tacos no lettuce 4 no sauce, curly fries, and two shakes. They kept saying ok 8 tacos, and we’d correct them saying 10 and they’d agree. Then they gave us our order with 8 tacos. I waited for them to come back and told them that they gave us 8 not ten and that we were missing 2 tacos no sauce. They said no we gave you all 8. I corrected them and showed the receipt 6 + 4 10 tacos. They made tacos and then said we could keep the extras…. What extras? The food was good, but they seemed really confused.
