A very nice place to live. Friendly and conscientious management. Amenities (power, water, sewer) included in monthly space rent are a bonus. Laundry room with showers. Well kept up park. Pretty quiet and clean. Spaces are spacious.

The park was very neat and Tidy.Appeared to be under good management,quiet people...I love the place!!

Quiet park, close to town, but the back row is by the highway, so it gets noisy at times, but liveable. (They have other sites not as close to highway 101.) Coin operated laundry facilities, showers are locked and key pad access restricted to paying clients. Lovely trees enhance the property as well as shrubbery. Jack has done a great job keeping this park clean!
