The apartment itself wasn’t bad but the customer service is what made us move out. If we had to call the office for any reason they would never answer the phone on the first try I would have to call 3-4 times for them to answer. The office staff lacks communication amongst themselves. I called once for a maintenance call and it took about a week to get service. The worst part is I asked for the call to be canceled because they took so long and I didn’t want them to go in while I was gone. I received a notification that maintenance went in without my consent and when I called the office all they said was the request was taken care of. I spoke with Jordan she confirmed it was canceled why would they still go in without my consent? They charged us a cleaning fee when we moved out even though the fee was not included in our lease. Once we moved out we had to pay an additional cleaning fee even though they had already charged us a cleaning fee. When I called they said it was to make our moving out process easier. Overall I’d never recommend these apartments.

My fiance lives here, and when I visit I am always bragging about this facility. There are some memorable staff members who deserve recognition. Fernando is one of the greatest maintenance men I've expenerienced in my years of renting. He exemplifies such a great example of customers service and support. He's efficient and timely; taking the time to explain what the cause of the issues are, explaining the work he has preformed and even giving preventive measures to help reduce things from happening again. No matter what the maintenance request, he is knowledgeable, hard working and thorough. He's a great part of an amazing maintenance team. Pedro and Dennis are also very important, reliable, and hard working team members! Thank you!

Yesterday Fernando & Pedro came to repair my ceiling fan at least I thought, they came and immediately replaced it with an upgraded fan in the process they un clogged my drains repaired my toilet and even went as far as placing new lights in my restroom. they were so friendly and eager to resolve my concerns & more. I am beyond pleased that I am apart of this community because of the service provided to me by those 2.

I recently moved into Stoneridge on the 8 Apartments. I am extremely impressed with the apartment and the complex as well as the staff. I would like to especially recognize the Leasing Agents Jordan Perez and Veronika Cardenas. They both have been very professional, nice, and helpful in answering all of my questions and making the entire process as easy as possible. Moving is almost always a stressful process, but they do everything they can to make the process as less stressful as possible. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and these staff members.
