My family and I have used this small business for the last couple years. On average, we spend at least $100 on dry cleaning monthly. We've had no complaints until now. As usual I send in my jeans for dry cleaning and starch. I received one pair back with terrible stains around the pockets on 1 side. After paying again for a re-do, they still could not fix it. I tried to negotiate for store credit ($30-40) for the price of replacement with the intention of continuing to use their cleaning business. The business owner, Averill, was unwilling to negotiate and accused me of ruining my own jeans. So a small little owner is willing to lose hundreds of dollars over a little store credit for a long time patron in a poor little side of town. My family and I will be going elsewhere. Be careful. You may be happy now with your 4 or 5 star ratings, until you're not. Then you, not your laundry are left out, high and dry.

Paid for a zipper replacement. This is what she did. Spoke to the owner. She said, “You probably don’t remember if it already looked liked that or not.” She also blamed Cintas uniform for the horrible work of her employee.
