Hotel was nice. Rooms/lobby look to be updated which is also a plus. The only negative was that the gap between my room door and the floor was creating an unpleasant howling noise, so I had to place a towel on the ground to cancel it out. Could have been my room selection and the hallway breeze. Regardless, 5 stars. Houston locations along highways can be really noisy, and some Hilton locations can be run down, but this location was pleasant and quiet.

My stay was great, mini staycation. I bbrung my kids to have fun and relax in the pool, and save money with the free breakfast. I’m also a member and visit a lot to stay down the street. Never have a problem.

There was a used bloody tampon found on the floor in the room by my 6 year who had no clue what it was, with chips and napkins in a drawer. We were moved to another room, but the next morning at breakfast there was mold (blue) on a plain bagel. Oh and there was blood droppings leaving the pool from the previous night. The next day the pool was cloudy and my son complained of the hot tub sing weird. This was the nastiest place I’ve ever slept at!!! The manager never gave us a call back as we were told.

My hotel stay was magnificent from beginning to end. The grounds, the entryway, hallways and especially the room and definitely the bathroom were immaculate. Concierge was very friendly,helpful and informative upon arrival/departure. The breakfast was good and hot for the items that I chose to eat. I would strongly recommend/suggest tnis hotel. I will definitely be staying here again!!!
