Still my most favorite Italian joint. I always get the same thing. Chicken parmesan. Hey, if it ain't broke. Don't fix it. I like going after 4pm. Not too many people there. Food is always wonderful. Never had a problem there. They have a lunch buffet now. Can't wait to try it. Oy one problem with this place. They're closed Saturday and Sunday.

The murals/paintings are awesome! We got a large pizza and one sea food pasta (salad bar included). The dough tasted store bought. The sauce was tomato paste (which I prefer in comparison many “pizza sauces”). The cheese was good. We were not impressed but did not hate the place, however most of us got a bit sick. Super strong heartburn (pizza) - we never experience it - as well as heartburn and diarrhea (sea food pasta)… it was disappointing because we expected more from a Italian restaurant, especially in Texas (great food!). Oh, they didn’t have olive oil which is something I always see around Italian restaurants.

Had dinner with my Mother, I had the chicken Fried steak, while she has the chicken fried chicken, some of the best I've had where it had little to no seasoning but was still pretty good in my books! I personally like when a restaurant has a crispy crust that's not too crunchy to compensate but not to crisp to where you wonderful how long it's sat out of the grease! The meat was tender and the al gratin potatoes where delicious too! If your looking for a great chicken fried steak in taste and consistency this would be one to try, for those who are looking for flavor overload and such, you can either look elsewhere or at some salt and pepper and give them a try! All in all we will be back, and we will try other items on the menu! I've always had their pizzas but never knew they used to own a steakhouse years ago!
