I been with HD Accessory since 2018 and have not once had a problem. Recieved all orders in a timely manner. Also, had no problems with returns. Very satisfied. Just would like to have a phone number, that's why the 4 stars.

What a rip off. Do yourself a favor, keep your money in your pocket. I bought a case for my google pixel XL and they sent a case labeled as a case for the google pixel XL and and low and behold it's too small. I even went to the cell phone store and they said the same thing! I tried emailing them several times and the and they responded with I'd have to pay a shipping and restocking charge! They make the mistake and I'm supposed to pay for it. A bunch of crooks. California keeps it reputation. Buy your case somewhere else!!

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Never had an issue like this before with any other phone cases I've bought. The picture on the site or what is shown matches all the time. I basically searched day and night, looking for a phone case that covered the sides of my new Samsung Galaxy S10. The image on their site showed that it covered all around the phone over the screen. When I put it on it did not cover like the picture. Also it made the built-in screen protector form air bubbles, causing issues to my phone. So after several weeks of trying to explain it to this company they said it was my fault and I should have known better and they will let me send it back but I needed to pay. So I paid not only to send it to me and now to send it back? That is more than the case is worth! So they refused to issue me a return label, manager refused to answer my emails, customer service stopped emailing back. It was terrible. Finally went to my back and disputed the charges. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Just the service from them was disgraceful! NEVER AGAIN! I did end up going to Walmart and getting a Blackweb brand case, best case I've ever purchased and covers all around the phone and love it.

Received package super quick. However, case ordered did not fit phone. I did search on their website for my phone and the results that showed up listed the case I ordered, so I guess that's my fault for not checking that was for the Motorola Moto E4 SUPER. Either way, I requested an RMA via their website the next day. After a couple of days, no response, so I sent them an email. Now, four days after that, still no response and again sent them a message requesting an RMA. If I don't hear back from them, I'll dispute with my credit card company. No phone number listed to give them a call. Poor customer service on the back side of the transaction so I will not order from them again.
