I would definitely recommend!!! This place is very quiet especially with all the kids running around even my 4! Everyone is friendly and good to talk to. The manager is awesome, she’s definitely a manager most places need.

We stayed here in our 35 foot motorhome to be close to our grandkids for the holidays. FHU but not many amenities. We have not used the laundry or restrooms so cant speak to them. Great rates by the week or month.

Been here since February, got new management in March and they are trying to make the park a lot better. They have redone the bathroom and the laundry room. Very pet friendly I have two little dogs and they even went as far as building fencing off park of the grass to make a dog park for the dogs. Plan on staying here for a long time. They are making the park way better one step at a time.

Two
Most of the residents are working adults. A few have young children. The park has a "quiet time" from 10pm to 7am. We have been here for over a year and there have not been any noise problems during that time.
50 amp is $475 a month 30 amp is $450 a month These prices include electricity, water, sewer and wifi.
We do have wifi. No cable but guests who stay long term are allowed to use Dish or Direct TV. at there expense.
