I really can’t say be careful when leasing here. Because I was lied to, to get the sale. I went to this property to inquire about leasing here. Yvonne was very nice. I asked very specific questions about bringing my own appliances (washer & dryer) and was told that I was allowed to. One week before move in I spoke with the property manager Nelda to confirm everything. And she informed me that I was NOT allowed to bring my own appliances, and was real matter of fact about it. Even after I told her what I was told. I felt swindled into applying and paying the deposit & admin fee. I decided not to lease here. Contacted their corporate office, no response. Contacted property for a refund of deposit, no response. Awful experience and don’t appreciate no follow up. I’ll be letting everyone know about this property shady business.

Sunrise apartment s I don't really get the name I mean the building is on the road that goes from east to west so I mean unless you're on the east side of the building You're never going to see the sunrise I mean really the way that place is set up I think only the first building would see the sunrise because it would block all the rest of them from seeing the sunrise and I don't know necessarily that I would give it the highest rating I mean when my sister lived there and the apartment complex caught on fire and if it wasn't your apartment that caught on fire you still had to pay rent even though it was your building but not your apartment itself I mean they were living with us and having to pay rent on an apartment that was unlivable and that's illegal but we didn't necessarily grow up with money so that's how the world works you know we don't have enough money to convince the police to pay attention to the fact that they're committing fraud by charging people to live in an unliveable apartment. That was years ago they've redone it since then It looks like a nice apartment complex but if you know the atascocita area it's probably the worst one of the bunch it's just a hole in the wall apartment complex behind the Chinese food restaurant that I don't know I wouldn't live there if I were you The last time I went there it was terrible we actually went to go look at apartments It took us 30 minutes to get the person to let us in the gate because somebody has to beep you in and out and when they told us that we could take the papers home and look over it because we were definitely not going to actually get an apartment they walked us outside and we got in our car and didn't open the gate we had to sit there until somebody left That's just ridiculous

We have really enjoyed our time here at Sunrise. For being a little older, we haven’t had a lot of maintenance issues. The one issue we did have was taken seriously and resolved rather quickly. The leasing office staff is very helpful and friendly. The grounds are quiet and we have not had any issues since moving in.

Been living here a little over a year, great place to live! Great management that’s always very helpful. Maintenance guys are always on top of the things you need! The pools are always clean and your neighbors are awesome! So glad we made Sunrise our first home.
