Ordered a beyond burger lettuce wrapped, instead of beyond meat they gave me an actual meat patty with the soggiest two pieces of lettuce. I cant believe they did that, it almost seemed intentional too. Never going to this place again.

The place was clean and food came fast. I got a lettuce wrapped burger and it was wrapped well.

Worst Carl's ever .they should get 0 stars but I had to leave 1 just to leave this review the last time I came here they closed around 9 because they said the system was down and they could not ring me up to charge me. This place looks high tech and up to date very modern . So I came again today at 1045 pm and this time that told me that they close at 11pm I told them it was 1045 and they told me it did not matter because they were getting ready to go home . This Carl's Jr has the worst customer service I have ever experienced good thing there is a in and out across the street I'll never come back here again today is may 2 2022 its the night shift

This review is solely based on the customer service experience and not the food. Came up to the drive through at 9:30 pm (the store closes at 11:00 pm) only to find these cones intentionally placed to block the drive through there. I had to move them, on the recommendation of another customer, to realize that they’re still open. If this is a way for the employees not to work, corporate should take a look in to it. And it’s not the first time that this has happened.
