Nicole Smith makes you feel comfortable throughout your consultation, as well as your treatment . When I see Nicole I usually give her free range on what’s her recommendation and trust her expertise. Will definitely be returning .

My mom and I went to see Claudia! She’s absolutely amazing. Super friendly, professional and always does what is best for you. Super natural and doesn’t over do it, which I love. Receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. High recommend!

My injector did a great job, but I would not come back to Hebe. I got filler and Botox on a Friday and they close on the weekends. I was given a post-care form and told to call an after hours number if I had any urgent problems / reactions, because the main office would be closed. I’ve had filler before so I wasn’t worried, but for some reason I had a bad reaction a few hours after my appointment. My face broke out in a rash, my temp went up, and my toes/hands turned pale. I got scared and called the after hours number but got no answer. I texted (per the instructions) but got no response. I finally made the decision to take myself to urgent care on my own. Luckily everything cleared up with Benadryl and ultimately I was fine. BUT!! I had an emergency and couldn’t reach the med spa. No one ever responded, by the way. The following Monday I called during business hours to complain and the response i got was “you should have tried DMing us on Instagram.” Are you kidding me? Not worth my safety, won’t be coming back here.
