amazing bagels everytime, such a great breakfast place. i always get cinnamon sugar and french toast with the strawberry shmear, but ive tried their other flavors and theyre all great. interior is also nice and clean for a dine in meal.

REALLY disappointed in the customer service here...cashier was incredibly RUDE, and after leaving and getting home, our order was wrong. Also note, they run out of "fresh" bagels frequently and will then take some out of the freezer to heat them up in the microwave and just don't seem to care about quality. The location off EXCHANGE is MUCH better than this one.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! There is no point in ordering in advance through APP. After walk in, you will be asked to wait in the order line. After showing the mobile order to the girl at the cashier, she rudely told me to wait again because the order was never started. Even the guy who walked in after me got the food. They treat customers as if they are getting a free food.
