Amanda had amazing customer service! I saw she was doing a lot of things at once and was super fast and yet so kind. My meal was pretty accurate and fresh . this would be my first time at this store, would be looking forward to more of this

I went to the drive thru. The line was fairly long but it went quickly. The kid that came out to the car to take my payment and bring me my food was extremely friendly and polite. The burger was just ok. It wasn't really hot and the cheese wasn't even melted on it. The fries were nice and hot but almost too salty.

When I moved to Texas my neighbors and coworkers would not stop raving about whataburger. I was supremely disappointed by the food. I might not have noticed a difference if I had eaten my napkin by mistake. Gave an extra star because at least both times I tried it the staff were great and the restaurant was clean.

Not a fan of how long the lines be and the rudeness of the employees while ordering. The presentation and taste of the last meal I had, has officially made me not even want to eat there anymore.
