Back in the 90s and early 2000s I was a frequent visitor to the Greek-Owned establishment known as "Lucky Guys Burger" in Santa Ana. Staffed by locals who knew the menu and food in and out was always a plus in my eyes. Hercules in my mind is like if they took the concept, doubled the space, increased the exposure, and doubled the menu items! Where some folks would say it's American fast food I'd say the mix of America, Latin, and European fast foods and homecooked items bring the perfect balance of flavor and comfort to the table. The prices are a little higher but with market inflation I understand - they're privately owned and operated with a quality standard that puts them in the same league as the "Big Guys" and their friendly staff is more than happy to give you a suggestion based on "what you're looking for".

I have been coming here for years even before they changed to Hercules. I started coming in the early 2000 oh, and the food has only gotten better and services tremendous. The staff seems to be a great mixture of family and friends. They work all very well together. Portions are Apple, food is not greasy and is always fresh. We really enjoy the selection of diversity if anybody wants a hamburger and another wants Mexican and another feels like a gyro we can get it all in one place. Also best fries and onion rings around. My husband said the pastrami tasted "off" and threw it away. He said the fries were ok, that he thought the oil might be too old. My food tasted good though. I specified no tomato but didn't follow instructions. Was easy enough to pick it off though
