I was under the impression there was a pool it's the biggest reason I picked this place but the pole was out of order and looked like it had been for a very long time. I had gotten a room that was on the third floor and someone climbed up to the back balcony and tried to kick down the door but thankfully the chain lock was on but if they had kicked one more time the door frame would have given way. I was a 28-year-old female by myself and absolutely terrified the front desk basically told me it happens all the time and there was nothing they could do about it.

Front desk guy was not very friendly. Checked us in but said he didn't know if the room was cleaned and ready. the room number was missing so we had to guess which one it was. Opened the door and it wasn't ready. Housekeeping came right away, she was friendly and apologetic. While we were waiting for her to get the room ready 2 cop cars came cruising through and one of them parked to keep watch. There were a couple shady looking characters in the room next to ours moving boxes and bags in and out. Run down, scary, sketchy place. We got our money back and left. Avoid this place.

The room was not nearly as pictured or described. Many amenities were non-existent or broken. The carpets were terribly stained, the room smelled of smoke, the lightbulbs in the bedside lamps were missing, the shower did not have hardly any water pressure, and the lock on the door was broken. I did not feel very safe in this hotel, especially given that our room was on the ground floor facing the alley. For the price, I think I will be willing to spend a little more on a more cleanly and secure hotel experience.

The bathroom was clean. The sheets were clean unless you count the pushpin between the fitted sheet and the mattress on my daughter's bed. We were able to check in without problem and we were able to make our reservation for two nights online for the same day, which was a plus.
