Toilet had issues after flushing constant water running. Woke up Sunday morning and toilet wouldn't flush; reported issues to the front desk, maintenance never came to inspect. I literally adjusted off/no nozzle in the back of the toilet for the toilet to work properly. Shower was lukewarm and little pressure. We chose this location because we travel with our four-legged family member.

Very competitive price for Lodging in Ardmore. They're remodeling; but, at no inconvenience to guests. No breakfast yet; however, coffee is good. Parking area appears to be secured I've never experienced in security issues here. Management needs to give Gail a merit in crease this year. She never changes with great attitude and pleasant demeanor.

The deluxe rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The maids didn't wear mask, the pool was nasty green and freezing, the spa was ice cold, and the self serve breakfast was powdered donuts in wrappers that you get from the gas station. The front desk staff was really nice though.

Room was clean and nice. Parking lot was too small and over crowded at times. Breakfast was not very good so we ate out instead, wouldn't consider that a reason to stay here. Dogs allowed but no pet pickup areas on the property so poop in the grass. Front desk staff were nice, other staff were non engaging. Pool and hot tub are indoors and stagnant with no fountains to keep water moving so we didn't attempt to get in. For the price it was okay.
