I had an appointment, came EXACTLY on time, then they made me wait over 45 minutes so I finally started complaining and the nurse told me that the front-desk person told her I was late... Being late is one thing, blaming others for being late when they are on time are you are the one late is outrageous.

During my scheduled appointment today, a patient stood at the door and watched me get my bloodwork. She kept interrupting the nurse to ask questions while a needle was in my arm. I asked the nurse for help and she allowed her to sit there and watch. I was extremely uncomfortable and could not ask any personal questions in front of this stranger. When I brought this to the attention to the front desk they could have cared less. There are proper measures that are put in place at every quest as well as at a hospital to ensure every patient has privacy and respect during their appointment. Safety, comfort and care should be the top priority. I have been coming here for years and this behavior is not ok.

They were very nice and polite. You could see that they were professionals and knew what they were doing. It was very quick and easy even though I had no appointment. I did a blood test for four of my kids and it took less then 30 minutes. I recommend this to everyone. This is the best lab that I have had experience with.

Yes but always better to schedule an appointment.

Is walk in welcome ??

Yes, but you will likely be seated for 30 minutes or more until you are seen. If you make an appointment online you are seen faster.

Can we just stop by to give a urine sample with the order sheet signed by the doctor??

No you have to make an appointment (online only-they do not make appmts there, nore take walk ins) and you have to have the sample cup THEY give you. not just any container.

My doctor send me to this diagnostic place, and told me walk ins are possible, it’s true ? Tks

Hi Carolina, I'm not sure about walk-ins. I scheduled an appointment. There was a gentleman that checked me in and also took my blood and he was great. Not even a pinch!
