One of the best hair salons ever. In response to the late 50% charge below, I think it makes sense from business perspective since they can’t make money when that appointment time is taken. Taking a late client causes delay for later appointments. I was also charged the 50% at $50, but it actually counts towards the next appointment, so it’ not that bad.

This review is for Liz !! What an incredible colorist both talented and kind! Shows you the true meaning of customer service as well. She cares about every detail, and most importantly, how you feel when you leave the salon! :) You can tell she’s passionate and true about her craft ….she honors listening and caring about her client in the process which truly won me over! Hi - in regards to the response below, that’s not what happened. I called before my appointment and said I was going to be a total of 20 minutes late. Happy to send a screenshot to help with your research. Not going to dignify the rest of your response with my time - but, hopefully this helps people stay away so they’re not charged $200 for literally nothing.

No idea how good the hair color is, but the service/experience is pretty awful. My wife was running a few minutes late for a 3 hour appointment, called to let them know, and they said she couldn’t be seen and would be charged 50% of the cost of her hair color. There’s a cancellation fee, but nothing said about a late appointment. I would advise you to stay away from a business who would treat a first time customer like this, and based on other reviews, it seems like this is something that isn’t unique to our experience.
