These guys have repeatedly dropped the ball. Awful quality control and plenty of dodgy tactics on the follow up. The mistakes they repeatedly make have cost us a ton of time and money on the bottling line. Also, the “Jeff Stone” guy who wrote the glowing 5 star review is a manger there.

Questions & Answers

Do vintage 99 offers design services?

We have 3 types: Basic Label Design, Custom Label Design and Full Brand Development. If you have no idea what you need/no artwork, you'll probably need a custom package. If you somewhat know what you need/have some artwork, we'd recommend a basic package. If you need a full brand or rebrand, you probably need a logo and QR (iq-Dio if subscribed). Keep in mind that when you need design services, this will add about two weeks to your lead time, on average

What are the advantages of printing professionally instead of printing at home, especially for small companies?

Great question. There are several important advantages to printing professionally: 1. At home printing is done in sheets and the labels need to be applied by hand, instead of a commercial roll that can be applied with a special applicator. As you can imagine, applying your labels by hand is not only cumbersome and time-consuming, it's also not the ideal quality. There is simply no way to achieve a uniform look for all your bottles by hand-applying the labels. In other words, your results will not look as professional and sophisticated with self-printing options. 2. Home printing options don't allow you to print with different types of paper, so you won't be able to do special label decoration finishes. Foil, stamping, embossing, metallic inks—you won't be able to use these. 3. There may also be alignment issues and waste of material with self-printing.

How much will my labels cost?

This depends on what you end up ordering, and some clients are still considering what they need. Fortunately, our designers always start with a free consultation so you can understand your options. If you have questions about what you might want, what we can do, or how much your particular order will cost, we recommend you schedule a free consultation right now. Our designers are happy to help, asking you questions and recommending the best options for your needs. Once you've chosen the right package options, we can provide you with a quote.

Is there an average lead time for labels already designed by the client?

Three weeks on average. If you need special paper that we need to order, five weeks tops. We can get it done in as little as two weeks for urgent runs, because our lead times are some of the shortest in the business. This has really helped us weather the supply chain issues currently affecting the industry. However, we can give you a better time estimate for your particular project once we know exactly what you need. Please contact us for a free consultation so we can determine how quickly your order can be processed.
