This place has gone so far downhill, it’s sad. There was no host and our waiter sat us and apologized. He told us the cook staff and hostess had quit the day before. The traditional wings were once again shrunk and barely edible as there was hardly any meat on them. The boneless were half the size they use to be as well. This has been the case the last 5 times I’ve been and now I’ll never come back. They blame the supplier but clearly their executives went cheap when Covid hit on the “quality” of chicken and changed their Tuesday special to half off the next wing instead of buy one get one to make more money on cheaper quality food soaked in high calorie sauce. Next morning, the food never settles well either. This place use to be packed but sadly it’s a place that nobody thinks about when it comes to good wings. Maybe it’s just this location, idk, but something needs to change drastically.

I had a order placed online ONLY because there was an offer for a free dessert with purchase of $10. So I placed the qualifying items in my bag and the offer showed like the discount was applied but after putting in the card info and submitted the order I got charged full price. What a deceptive scam. This has happened in the past and I let it slide. I spent a while in the store trying to get a refund and the store manager said he had refunded but I checked my bank statement today and no such thing happened. The app stinks, the customer service stinks and the food isn't worth the price.

Very slow service which is fine. Staff are friendly. I notice there are signs for no smoking or ecigs but while I waited 20 mins for my to go order to be completed I saw an employee in the kitchen smoking an ecig. I only noticed because of the large amount of smoke that he was blowing all over the station I assume he was working.

This used to be my favorite go-to resturaunt ever. But now it seems like everything has changed. My son got his wings yesterday and there was barely any sauce on them. My wings were cold and looked like they weren't cooked long enough. Took ages to get my beer. Also, seems like the beers used to be alot colder. But I might be wrong. If you want napkins with your extra wet wings make sure you ask for them because they won't be provided, and neither will silverware.
