Chick-fil-A is probably the best run fast food joint you will ever find. They are always clean on the inside, food is always quickly served, bathrooms are sanitary and the workers are excellent. With a wide variety of chicken to choose from, you would have to hate chicken to not like it here. I have yet to be in a Chick-fil-A that wasn't nice. Even ones on campus or in malls are nice. Now since it is so popular don't go here if you want some piece and quiet. There is always going to be a family with kids running around and making noise. But this is a fast food joint not a sit down restaurant. Trust me you will like it here.

Something has changed these last few months and Covid is not to blame (everything was great during that period) Service isn’t the same, drive-thru line managment isn’t the same, the quality of food isn’t the same, the general CFA cheeriness isn’t the same. New managment?

Good evening. I just moved to Rockwall on Wednesday, and I went to this Chick-fil-A for some familiarity. We were here yesterday, Friday the 25th and i heard an employee call my name but I didn’t see our food. So I asked the employee who was putting food on the Togo shelf if he had called my name and he responded rudely with “I don’t know. I just got here.” Two other women around heard it and we all looked at each other stunned that a CFA employee would be so rude to a customer. This was around 10:30am and it was a young man probably around 20, kind of short, dark hair. This energy and unkindness will have us choosing somewhere else or a different location for the mean time. I hope he was just having a bad day and doesn’t treat guest like this every shift he works.

Could you imagine going and spending $15 and receiving a chicken filet the size of a GOLF BALL. Hand for size reference, that’s absolutely ridiculous. Can’t even eat it cause it’s so small and burnt, there’s NO chicken.
