I had the Oxtail plate with rice and peas & fried plantains. The Oxtails were tender, but lacked that authentic Jamaican browning that I'm accustomed to. The rice & peas were subpar, lacking any flavors of coconut milk and was rather bland without the gravy of the oxtails+ salt. The plantains tasted like unripened banans that had somehow began to ferment; leaving a slight alcohol after taste. Overall, the service is decent and the food is decent, but won't be anything you'll write home & tell family & friends about.

This is not to put this place of business down. This is just our experience....Our first experience ever being here. My husband & I got sick immediately. Stomach virus. Only thing we ate that day.We had to miss work for about 4 days. We wish this business our best. This was our experience. I pray everyone else has a great experience!

This was my first time visiting but it definitely won't be my last. The jerk chicken & ribs were absolutely delicious. I can't wait to try some of the other menu items.

The food is as authentic as you are going to get outside of Jamaica; however the service is sometimes a little lackluster. The main reason reason I come is for the food. I have come several times a week and the lady at the checkout counter always acts as if I am doing her a favor! I had been getting the same order for quite awhile and one day I noticed my total had changed. When I asked about the price change she very rudely informed me that the prices were changing even though the menu online and in the store reflected the price I was used to paying. I ended up walking out because even with a line full of customers she was willing to argue me down that it was up to me to know her establishment’s policy changes. If I worked there sure; but as a loyal customer I expected a little more. I guess the real kicker is that even as I write this review I am waiting for them to open up so that I can order food🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤣🤣Again, the food is amazing it’s just the service that may be a little lackluster 🤷🏾‍♀️😊
