Courtyard by Marriott Ventura Simi Valley

Every time I travel to Simi Valley I stay in this hotel for a few nights. I like them very much but this time when I came I saw a female old staff and I think her name is Gail. Very rude and inconsiderate. I don’t think she represents Marriott in its values and professionalism.

Charity

Positive: Staff was friendly and courteous, rooms spacious and clean, beds and pillows were super comfy. Location was perfect, lots of dining options and even a Walmart within a 5 minute walking distance. Negative: Nothing! Everything was great.

Ferien Umali

We had issues with reservations with expedia. The general manager, Betty amezcua was very helpful and resourceful in her efforts to help us resolve our issue. She is very dedicated to her job and helping customers with their needs and is very polite. In the end we were able to get our issues resolved in a timely manner

Very nice. Enjoyed the gym and the staff was kind and polite. Great internet speeds. Streamed Netflix on my Laptop.
