If there was zero, I would give this place zero. Customer service sucks. The staff were rude. I went to the drive thru and they told me their was a 45 minute wait for chicken. They said the machine was broken. If that was the case they should close the restaurant. Or close the restaurant completely after this customer service experience!!!

Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered a family 8 piece meal and added 2 extra biscuits. Also ordered a 3 piece tender meal with a lemonade. When we received the order, there were no biscuits at all in the order, the drink was Mountain Dew not lemonade. It was for a 10 year old who cannot have soda. The 3 piece only had 2 tenders. No sauces was jncluded. Did not put the blame on Uber Eats as they just picked up the order. Uber Eats still credited me for the extra biscuits. Then I tried to call KFC on William Cannon and no on answered. Very disappointed and will not order from this KFC ever again.

I would give this place a zero but not available. I ordered a 3 piece combo and a big combo with 2 sides. The girl taking order said we don’t carry any 3 piece with two sides. So right there I should’ve drove off. Not only did I get 2 boxes with 2 burned pieces of chicken. No two sides in box. No receipt in bag for me to look up number. Natalie informed me she would not give me a refund without a receipt. I explained I didn’t get a receipt. I explained that I live 40 minutes away. So to drive back it would be 40 minutes and drive back home another 40. So she said sorry without you bringing all the product back she would not give me my money back. So I am missing a side plus a piece of chicken. So don’t have everything I ordered. I asked how can you serve someone crispy to the point that it is burned chicken. She said oh I know that’s the way our chicken is coming out today. So Natalie knew how burned it was. So I asked her should you ask do you mind this chicken this way( burned). I told her once again I want a refund. She said no because you are just going to eat the chicken and then we will give you a refund. I asked for corporate number she said sorry you have to look it up yourself. I asked who is in charge she said she was. She put me on hold for 15 minutes. I waited. Now Josephine that is a little above Natalie comes on the phone and says. You are not getting a refund without you bringing everything back. I know you are just going to eat the chicken That’s what you want a refund and eat the chicken. Rude, sorry customer service, raw biscuits. Unbelievable. I wondered why there was one car at KFC and next door at Whataburger the line was at least 15 cars deep. I am not driving an hour and 1/2 to return this burned chicken. I need a refund

Poor service. All the employees there seem very unhappy. They don't greet or smile. I tried adding 4 biscuits at the window, their answer was your order is already made, did not apologize, did not thank me for my business just handed me the food. Only the drive-thru is open but has long lines, expect to be there at least 35-45 minutes. They are always out something, it's ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else or go to a different location. CORPORATE: Hire new people and keep on eye on your employees. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! We as customers deserve better!!!
