They don't know what parts they have. They don't know where to find the ones they do have. They can't look up parts by size. They can get a part from another store by tomorrow, but they can't help find the item number for the correct size. They can sell me an assortment that probably has the right size in it, although they can't tell me what sizes are in the assortment... oh wait, nevermind, it's not in stock.

costumer servise is the worst it It seems like everybody there except maybe 1 or 2 people don't really like their job And are very cold and rude when you ask questions I went there to get a battery and it seems like I'd bothered the person on the register when I asked if they carry that type of battery seeing Theyhad none odisplay not going back anymore .knowin myself next time im gona say something

The manager Eric is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He runs a tight ship over there and everything runs smooth. Sometimes it's a bit of a wait because they offer very personal service to each customer. But I personally like that. I've been using them for about 8 years now and I'll keep going back.
