Once again, Fremont CDJR to the rescue! My Ram 1500 all of a sudden began to overheat and appeared to be from a cracked radiator. I booked my appointment already expecting to leave my vehicle there for a few days. I was greeted with excellent customer service as usaul by Jatin Parikh. I explained to J what was going on and how this is the only vehicle I own. Also, the vehicle is used for work. He assured he would help me as much as he could and try to have the work done sooner than later. Later that afternoon I already had set in mind that i would be truckless for a few days I get a surprise call by no other than J. He stated the the truck was ready for pick up. I was in shock and by far imressed. Not only by the great customer service but also a man of his word. The service has exceeded my expectations by far. Great job Fremont CDJR and huge shout out to Jatin for making it happen. Whoam ever is not servicing their vehicles at this service center is missing out. Great work and fast service. I went in for an oil change and they discovered an issue with rat dropping. I ended up staying longer than I expected but they tried to get my oil changed clean and detail clean the engine. I was able to leave an hour earlier than the quoted time and the engine looked very clean and new.

Great experience. Dropped my Jeep off for an oil change and tire rotation. I caught up on some reading while I waited. Also had some questions about future service. Chris, my service advisor, was super helpful and researched my questions and got back to me. I would definitely recommend.

I trade in and bought my new Ram Promaster here.I searched all the ram dealers within 75 miles and left messages asking them to inform me if they had one in stock. The salesman Thien gave me feedback on Dec 1st that he would let me know if it got here.And 7 days later,Mr.Thien kept his promise and called me in the morning right after the vehicle arrived at their store. The dealing process is very smooth and efficient, it took only 2 hrs I got my dream Vehicle.Many thanks to Mr.Thien, the sales manager Lei Russell,and also finance manager Ju, a very professional lady, they work hard, if I’m the boss,I definitely want them. Don't do it at the dealership way to pricy. Go to a quick change place like Oil Changers, but there are many more.
