i walked in and stared at the menu for 3 minutes for no reason the cashier was in the dining room talking to her boyfriend it's a busy night the drive thru is slammed her manager FINALLY sees me sitting there, he finally asks his cashier by yelling at her from behind the wall of food being made she reluctantly ends her conversation casually and gets behind the register. as I'm trying to finally order, her boyfriend yelled at her as exiting instead of taking my order after i was almost completely done ordering, she acknowledges her boyfriend and gives him another heartfelt goodbye... then looks at me and says, what do you want? disgraceful

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: traveling to Austin for the weekend stopped at this location for the evening snack. we pulled in and parked since we had 4 separate orders to go. When we were getting out of the car a manager came outside and instructed us to move 2 spaces over to the left as we pulled into curbside. Ok no problem we moved but noticed curbside #1 spot (we were in #2) had a vehicle parked and no one was in the vehicle. I wonder why paying customers of 4 orders were a problem versus an unoccupied vehicle altogether . Maybe because we were woman or maybe because we were African American. either way you lost business.I work customer service. That just seemed completely unnecessary. I am gravely disappointed and disgusted. We in customer service DO NOT go out if our way to deter a customer We drove 10 miles to another location.

Was one of the few things open, and I was hungry. However, Google compared it to In N Out and I unfortunately I let my expectations be raised because of that. It wasn't terrible just not for me and the menu I found online was not at all accurate which was disappointing.

The spicy ketchup is amazing! I had the chicken fajita taco and I loved it!
