I checked my account this morning and noticed that this location took $34. From me and I only bought a mash potato bowl so that means the drive thru guy stole from me I searched for my receipt and realized he didn’t give it me and that is because he had the intentions on stealing from me. I work way to hard for someone to steal from me that is at the top 5 things you don’t do to me. So yeah there’s going to be a problem for them today.

They are OK but nothing like they used to be. Food was decent, service was just so so.

Are the 11 herbs and spices too expensive to use as liberally as they did back in the 60's when KFC became so popular? They only use a tiny bit, and stopped selling the wedge fries that had a good dusting on them. Not a fan of the new fries, how about improving the items on this menu, or maybe bring back the parfaits,potato salad etc....

I always went to this kfc for years but recently I will no longer eat there. This past time I went I got the new bucket for one meal. As I got to work to sit and eat my food I noticed that all my chicken was undercooked. Each piece of popcorn chicken and chicken tenders were pink. They were pink enough to noticed while eating.
