I’m when I walked In and met with the doctor my customer service was great ! They asked for a card on file for my next appointment but I was told that my consultation was free , even online it shows they market free consultation but charged my card 1042$ the next day! I called and asked them if they could refund my money because I decided not to move forth with procedure being that they were charging me 13,000k just for 6 vaneers . My dad told me to ask for a refund and they denied me and told me to speak with my bank, I spoke with my bank but this problem was never resolved and I never got my money back so now I have to move forward with a appeal ! This is the worst experience and I don’t think this is a place for the urban community

I will never, everrr give my business to Mia Bella Couture! I've never been mistreated as a paying customer by the owner of a shop, the worst experience in my life. I won't be surprise when this boutique closes from the amount of bad reviews they are accumulating on a day to day.
