Today i went to my daughter's storage at Cubesmart to get something out for her. She has had SEVERAL PROBLEMS prior to today with getting an access code to even be able to access her storage and has been very patient and nice everytime she has spoken to them,but today takes the cake. I had her key, was able to get in with an access code she was given 30 mins prior to me coming up here, etc. This employee, Dave i think his nane is, said he could not tell me where her unit was physically located. What i mean by that is he said he couldn't tell me where unit 195 was inside the gate that i already had and used the access code to get inside. It has been very frustrating dealing with this place.

David was wonderful when I rented a unit for my stuff from my flooded business. He was very polite, explained all so thoroughly, and he was patient. If anyone needs a storage, come get one from these guys!
